MyBus will pick you up and drop you off as close as possible to your destination. All vehicles are low-floor and wheelchair friendly. The driver will give assistance to board the bus from the pavement. However the driver is unable to provide assistance from your home to the bus.
Monday (all day), Tuesday (morning), Friday (afternoon) are currently the best times to request a booking as these days and times are quieter than usual. Wednesday (all day) and Thursday (all day) are exceptionally busy and your request may not be met.
Booking a MyBus journey
You can book a MyBus either via our website or by phone. Booking online gives you the freedom to book at any time and gives you the flexibility to request bookings up to 28 days in advance. Alternatively, journey requests can be made by calling the MyBus team on 0345 128 4025.
