178A: Moodiesburn – Lenzie – Kirkintilloch
Lenzie Road, Stepps will be closed from 0930am on Monday 22nd June to 5pm on Wednesday 24th June 2026 to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. Service 178A journeys from Moodiesburn will operate normal route to Cumbernauld Road, Stepps then divert via Hornshill Farm Road and Mount Harriet Drive then back onto Lenzie Road. Journeys from Kirkintilloch will operate the same diversion in reverse. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Woodilee Road, Lenzie will be closed between the junctions of McGavigans Road and Loch Road from Sunday 31st May until Sunday 7th June 2026 this is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. Services 72/72A to Kirkintilloch will operate normal route and continue on Initiative Road, Parliament Road, Townhead and resuming normal route.
