Disruption due to the closure of Vere Road, Kirkmuirhill. On Sunday 12th May 2024 Vere Road, Kirkmuirhill will be closed to facilitate Scottish Water works. Service 253 will operate via Strathaven Road, Thornton Road and Carlisle Road. There will be temporary stops on Carlisle Road just after Strathaven Road and just before Vere Road.

Disruption due to the closure of Lampits Road, Carstairs. From 2200 on Wednesday 8th May until 0600 on Thursday 9th May 2024 Lampits Road will be closed to allow Network Rail to carry out a bridge inspection. Journeys from Carnwath will operate via A70, Man Street, Carstairs Road, Station Road, Strawfrank Road, Woodside Street, Coronation Street, St Charles Avenue back onto Strawfrank Road picking up normal route to Braehead. The same diversion will operate in reverse.

Disruption due to the closure of Kirkonnel Drive, Rutherglen From Tuesday 30th April to 2024 to Friday 3rd May 2024 Kirkconnel Dive, Rutherglen will be closed to facilitate Scottish Water works. Service M2 will operate normal route to Carrick Road then continue round Carrick Road then via Alloway Drive, Spittal Road, Croftfood Road, Castlemilk Road picking up normal route from Croftpark Avenue. The same diversion will operate in reverse.
