178A: Moodiesburn – Lenzie – Kirkintilloch

Lenzie Road, Stepps will be closed from 0930am on Monday 22nd June to 5pm on Wednesday 24th June 2026 to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. Service 178A journeys from Moodiesburn will operate normal route to Cumbernauld Road, Stepps then divert via Hornshill Farm Road and Mount Harriet Drive then back onto Lenzie Road. Journeys from Kirkintilloch will operate the same diversion in reverse. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

47/47A: Carluke Local - Lower Braidwood

A series of closures will occur on various roads throughout Carluke on June 13th from 0800-1800 due to the Carluke Gala Day celebrations. Service 47/47A will be unable to serve Sandy Road between A73 Stewart Street and Bellstane road and A73 Stewart Street between Glamis Avenue and A73 Kirkton Street. 243: Carluke - Law Village - Hamilton

Sandy Road, Carluke will be closed from 1000-1200. During this time, Service 243 journeys from Hamilton will operate normal route to Clyde Street then divert via Kirkton Avenue, Station Road, Kirkton Street, James Street, John Street circle the roundabout at Chapel Street and back on to John Street in both directions. From 1200-1600, trips from Hamilton will operate as above to John Street. Trips back to Hamilton will operate from John Street via Chapel Street, Belstane Road, Sandy Road, Stewart Street then normal route. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
