This information is for customers using the ZoneCard mobile app, listed on the Google Play store by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT).

If you wish to delete your ZoneCard account, please email [email protected] to request this. Please include your name, date of birth and postcode in this request.

SPT will process your request and delete all personal information associated with your ZoneCard account: name, address(es), phone number, email address, photograph. We will reply to your email confirming when this has been completed.
