If you have contacted SPT with a complaint it will now be sent to the relevant department and we will respond as soon as possible and within five working days.
More complex complaints may require a response time of up to 20 days. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
If you are complaining on behalf of someone else, you are confirming that the person is happy for you to act for them on this matter.
If your email is about your National Entitlement Card (bus pass), please note that it can take up to four weeks to process any email or hard copy paperwork received, we will endeavour to process as quickly as possible.
If your enquiry is not a complaint it will be passed to the relevant department for review and will be responded to, as appropriate, within 20 days.
