SPT continues to monitor the spread of Coronavirus and remains vigilant to all updates from public health authorities and from both Scottish and UK governments.

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and respond as necessary as more updates and advice become available from the Scottish Government.

The Subway is running as usual and our MyBus contact centre is operating as normal tel: 0345 128 4025. In bus and Subway stations, we have increased our cleaning schedules in all public areas in particularly around ticket offices and at all touch points in stations so info points and at ticket machines.  We have also increased the cleaning schedule on Subway trains.

Our staff are also aware of all the latest health advice with regard to the spread of the virus so are aware of the importance of washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer.

We understand the concerns that Coronvirus is causing in our communities and we wish to reassure you that we are doing all we can to maintain high levels of cleanliness in all stations and on trains.

We encourage all passengers to follow advice from relevant public health authorities.
