Buckingham Palace announced yesterday that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has died peacefully at the age of 96.

Subway was honoured to have Her Majesty visit the system following the last modernisation, officially re-opening the Subway for the people of Glasgow and surrounding area.

Her Majesty also officially opened Buchanan Bus Station after its refurbishment in 1999.
