In December 2020, the Chair and Vice-Chairs of Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) received agreement from the partnership to issue a public paper to stimulate and lead debate on how to transform our public transport network in Strathclyde. “Transport for Strathclyde: a new public transport network” is the resulting discussion paper. This document proposes a transformed Transport for Strathclyde public transport network, setting out ten tests and five strategic visions to achieve transformative change in the region.
