What we do

The Digital team at SPT works across the whole organisation, from Modernisation work to make Glasgow’s Subway truly world-class through to products that help thousands of children access education each day.

With a Service Desk designing and maintaining infrastructure that keeps passengers and services moving every day, a Product team developing modern solutions for customers inside and outside SPT and a Marketing team working to engage customers and promote services, the team work every day to support and innovate across the business.

We also work closely with teams across SPT to support smart ticketing solutions, real-time passenger information and customer interactions.
