147/147A: Kilsyth - Cumbernauld - Monklands Hospital
On Sunday 9th November 2025, A8011 Central Way will be closed between Town Centre West Roundabout and Town Centre East Roundabout, this is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. Service 147 from Kilsyth will operate normal route A8011, Central Way, diverting on to McIntosh Way, North Carbrain Road, Yule Way, A8011 Central Way and resuming normal route. Please expect delays to the publicised timetable due to the diversion in place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

From Monday 3rd November 2025 to Friday 28th November 2025, Greenlees Road between East Greenlees Road and A749 Glasgow Road will be closed to facilitate Scottish Power cable installation works. Lye Brae Slip Road 1 onto Forest Road will be closed on Monday 27th October 2025 until Friday 31st October 2025 to facilitate safet barrier renewal. Service 346 from Cumbernauld Train station will divert Westbound, anyone wish to travel to Abronhill should board on the opposite side of the road. Diversion will be South Carbrain Road (westbound), Slip Road on to Janes Brae, Lenziemill Road, Forest Road and resuming normal route. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
