Optical Express Upper Circle terms and conditions

1. To qualify for these offers, you must produce your Smartcard at your appointment.
2. The discounts do not apply to online purchases and direct-debit contact lens sales, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or entry level treatment promotions available to the general public.
3. Optical Express provides NHS eye examinations to all eligible patients free of charge. In Scotland, eye tests are provided free by the NHS every two years. Please ask your local clinic for full details.
4. Free second pair – spend £100 or more (after any discount has been applied) on a complete pair of prescription glasses (frame and lenses) and choose a free second pair from a special range. The free second pair must be fitted to the same prescription and the frame must be chosen from the Special Collection. Upgrade the lenses or frame by paying the additional amount. A free second pair cannot be given in conjunction with a complete price offer.
5. Optical Express reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Freebie Friday terms and conditions

1. The opening date and closing date and time for entries are indicted in the social media posts.
2. The prize is as specified in the social media posts. Each entrant is limited to winning one prize per giveaway.
3. All entrants must live in the UK.
4. Winners will be required to email communications@spt.co.uk and must provide their full name, social media handle (name) and postal address for delivery.
5. If selected as a winner, the winner must provide a UK address for delivery of the prize. SPT will not deliver to any address outside the UK.
6. Entries received after 4pm on the day of the competition will not be counted.
7. Winners will be announced as per the social media post.
8. All prizes must be claimed within one week of the competition date.
9. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
10. SPT will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner within twenty eight days from the date of winner confirmation unless stated otherwise in the interaction information.
11. SPT will not be liable where a prize has been damaged, lost or stolen following delivery and such prize will not be replaced.
12. SPT employees are ineligible to enter.
