Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
In compliance with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004, a SEA process has been undertaken in parallel with the development of the RTS. The SEA Environmental Report is intended to inform respondents to the consultation of the potential environmental effects of the RTS.
