This page includes a link to the Scottish Government's National Transport Strategy

Scotland's National Transport Strategy (NTS), published in 2006, sets out the Scottish Government's longer term future for transport in Scotland.

The NTS is supported by a number of other documents including Scotland's Railways, Bus Action Plan and Freight Action Plan.

Regional Transport Partnerships and Local Authorities are key partners in delivering the National Transport Strategy Outcomes.
