SPT Chair welcomes First Glasgow appointment
Chair of Strathclyde Partnership for Transport, Councillor Alistair Watson has welcomed the announcement by First Glasgow that Mark Savelli has been appointed as the bus company's new Managing Director.
Cllr Watson said, "I am delighted that Mark is returning to Scotland to work for First Glasgow and I wish him all the best in his new post. Mark and I have worked together in the past and we had an excellent working relationship which I am sure will continue.
"Along with our other partners, I hope we can work together to provide a first-class public transport system which the people of Strathclyde can rely on."
