September 23, 2008SPT is putting on extra Subway trains to meet anticipated demand from fans travelling to the Partick Thistle v Rangers midweek cup fixture in Glasgow.
A capacity crowd is expected for the CIS Insurance Cup Third Round match at Firhill stadium, which kicks off at 19:45 on Wednesday.
In order to meet increased passenger numbers at Hillhead, Kelvinbridge and St George's Cross stations, SPT will be providing more trains and additional safety and security staff.
The match should finish at about 21:30 but if the scores are tied after 90 minutes, extra time will be played.
