We're encouraging people to consider public transport options when attending NHS facilities.
SPT has teamed up with NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and Traveline Scotland to provide patients with personalised journey plans alongside their appointment letters.
The pilot project involves patients attending north Glasgow hospitals and we're intending to roll the scheme out across Strathclyde.
You should receive a journey planner questionnaire with your appointment letter but if you haven't, please fill in the online version on this page.
