Bus Regulator
Background
SPT operates four bus stations (East Kilbride, Hamilton, Buchanan bus station in Glasgow and Silverburn) including a network of Travel Centres throughout the Strathclyde area.
Job outline
As a Regulator, your main duty involves safety and security. Based at one of our bus stations, you will assist in ensuring the safe movement of buses.
You will provide travel information to the public and you may be required to deal with left luggage.
Requirements
You will have good communication skills, be approachable and helpful.
You will have the ability to work in an environment where safety is paramount.
A knowledge of the transport industry and the ability to operate a computer would be advantageous.
