SPT Property
Welcome to the SPT Property section where you will find out what we have on offer throughout our entire network.
IntroductionOur team has a range of options available, from kiosk opportunities within the Glasgow Subway to retail units within our bus stations and other sites. We are always looking for new opportunities to expand our retail offering to customers and welcome enquiries from all parties to our dedicated Property Hotline on 0141 333 3400.
Retail opportunitiesWe have many exciting retail environments within our property portfolio, ranging from a simple kiosk within a Subway station to highly visible retail units within Buchanan Bus Station. Vacancies are listed below. We will also consider ATMs and mobile retail units.
Retail units
Retail units with high footfall in highly visible locations are available at SPT Property. An excellent example of a quality location is our property in St Enoch Square, in the commercial heart of Glasgow, which has seen this delightful building transformed into a first rate commercial outlet operated by Caffe Nero.
The property comprises a Grade A listed building enjoying a prime position in the heart of St Enoch Square close to the confluence of two of the city's prime retail thoroughfares, Buchanan Street and Argyle Street.
This distinctive red sandstone building, constructed in 1896, features elements of the Scots Baronial and Art Nouveau styles.
The building was let to Caffe Nero in February 2009 and the company carried out a sympathetic internal refurbishment. Members of the public can now enjoy a coffee while sitting within the Grade A listed structure.
Partick Interchange
The newly completed Partick Interchange is a modern transport facility in the west of Glasgow which is operated by SPT in partnership with ScotRail. There are two high quality retail units within the station concourse which can be let for a wide variety of uses.
An opportunity also exists to provide an ATM facility at this key transport hub.
Kiosk units- For more information, call F.G. Burnett, our letting agents, on 0141 285 7980.
