AccessibilityThe Travel Centre is wheelchair accessible, has dropped counters and induction loops for the disabled traveller. Further to this, SPT will be happy to help with your needs where possible.

SPT staff will be happy to assist with all your journey planning needs in and around the Strathclyde area.
- Opening times
The Travel Centre is open Monday to Saturday 06:30 to 22:30, Sunday 07:00 to 22:30. Ticket sales finish at 21:30.
- Payment options
SPT accepts a variety of payment methods in the Travel Centre: cash, cheques supported by guarantee cards, all major credit cards, debit cards (chip and pin) and sterling travellers cheques.
- Scottish Citylink desk
All Scottish Citlylink tickets and enquiries are dealt with at their desk which can be found within the SPT travel centre, open daily 0700-2200. Visit the Scottish Citylink website for further information.

We provide a wide range of services for all modes of public transport in the Strathclyde area and beyond, including:

- independent information for bus, coach, rail, Subway and ferry travel in the Strathclyde area;
- tickets and information for express coach travel throughout Strathclyde, Britain and Europe;
- tickets and information for tours and excursions;
- local travel cards and season tickets for most major bus operators;
- UK and European holidays.

- From time to time operators have special offers available on coach tours and holidays that can be purchased from the Travel Centre.
- Telephone enquiry line
SPT operates a telephone enquiry line, 0141 333 3708, to deal with your enquiries regarding all SPT tickets and services and queries regarding Buchanan bus station.
All travel enquiries should be directed to Traveline on 0871 200 22 33. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls cost 10p per minute from BT landlines; cost from mobiles or other providers may vary
