We are absolutely delighted to share with you the results from a recent survey by Transport Focus, the independent Government watchdog. Transport Focus, which works across all modes of transport in the UK, surveyed almost 500 Subway passengers over three months, at all times of the day and days of the week, to get a rounded picture of satisfaction.
All across the board, our various teams work extremely hard to deliver the best service they can to you and this hard work definitely shows when looking at these brilliant results.
First of all, our overall passenger satisfaction reached a staggering 97%. Something we are extremely proud of and are determined to maintain, and improve on.
We know that punctuality is essential for you and it’s something which we strive to provide. 95% of our surveyed passengers said that they were satisfied with our level of punctuality.
Value for money is another aspect that we are always keen to improve on and continuously evaluate to ensure our passengers can travel with us without breaking the bank! We’re proud to say that of the passengers surveyed, a massive 80% said that they were satisfied with the value for money our service provides.
When compared to other travel services within this survey, it was found that Subway comes out on top; trams passengers are sitting at 68% satisfaction, bus passengers at 65%, only 47% of rail passengers in Great Britain and 59% of Scotrail passengers said they were satisfied with the value for money the service provides.
Looking above at these fantastic results, we are delighted with the feedback we have been given and will use this to further evaluate our services from all aspects with the aim of continuing to improve our service and providing you with the excellent level of service you deserve.
